RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

PLEASE CHOOSE TEACHING SCHEDULE YOU PLAN TO ATTEND. See scheduled teachings. Registration closes first Saturday morning of each cycle.

Please choose which cycle you plan to attend for the Fall 2007 Teaching Schedule:

Cycle 5: October 13, 14 and 20, 21
Special: Saturday, November 10, 2007
Cycle 6: December 1, 2 and 8, 9

Registration: individual $55, couple $75.00, teenagers 13 and up $25.00 per two-week cycle. We are a faith-based non-profit organization and registration fees are to offset expenses of the ministry. Return attendees (who have attended the entire program) no charge - love gift only! Scholarships are available if needed.

Manuals are available to registered attendees only for $20.00. Please check here yes. How Many? Make Checks to: Journey2Wholeness Ministries. They will be available at the first day of class. You can order your manual through registration.
