GOD SAID in Proverbs Chapter 17, Verse 22:
A merry heart doeth good like a medicine:  but
a broken
spirit drieth the bones.
Proverbs Chapter 3, Verses 7-8:
7. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
8. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
“ The spirit of the Lord is upon me for the Lord has anointed me to heal the broken hearted” (Isaiah 61.1)
The bone morrow produces disease fighting white blood cells, which are the most essential part of our immune system. This is crucial to understand because if your bone marrow starts to dry up, the production of various anti-bodies will slow down or cease. This is where the dis-ease cells are given "free radical behavior" in our systems.
Are you full of sadness? When was the last time you were able to truly laugh! When you laugh, your body is secreting a very special hormone called Seratonin which regulates various conditions in your mood, overall outlook to life, etc.
